Service Engineers/Mechanic

As a Service Engineer you're main responsibilities would include:

Ability to diagnose and repair planting and weeding equipment.

Perform regular servicing on machinery.

Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through training on products and services.

Uphold the highest standards in both workshop and field settings.

What we at UK Planter Solutions desire:

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Self motivated with strong communication skills.

A valid UK driving licence.

Ability to travel both in UK and Europe with the flexibility to adjust working hours during peak seasons and weekends.

Apprentice Service Engineers/Mechanic

At UK Planter Solutions we are always looking to the future and we want to help those looking to get into Agricultural Engineering. If you think you have what it takes and would like to know more information on what we require/desire from an apprentice please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Tractor drivers

We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled operators to work in both planting and weeding roles. There may be occasional times where your skill set may be utilised else where, i.e. grain carting and land work. We require you to be self motivated, trust worthy and versatile with the ability to potentially work all over the UK and Europe if required. Experience not essential as full training will be given but enthusiasm and attitude is a must!

Planter Operatives

We require self motivated, trust worthy and versatile personnel to go on the back of our planters. No experience or qualifications necessary, you just need to be keen and willing to work. All training will be given. Must be able to work across the UK and Europe if required.

Yards Person

UK Planter Solutions are looking for someone who is self motivated with a willingness to work. Main duties would include keeping the yard clean and tidy, loading and unloading of lorries, deliveries of parts and assisting others when required. Full UK driving licence is a must and forklift licence would be advantageous however training will be given for the right person.
